This is a sociable group meeting on the third Thursday of the month in three local pubs in rotation at teatime. These pubs - The Society and Norton Arms in Runcorn and the Unicorn in Cronton, Widnes all have character and serve good beer. The last two pubs have undergone refurbishment in 2026 but all work should be completed by the end of March. We try and have a short walk beforehand for those that want to participate. There will be additional meetings from time to time. Some 15-20 members usually attend meetings.
