The group meets at 10.00-12.00 a.m. every Tuesday from April until the end of September on the excellent green at Hough Green Pensioners Bowling Club, Royal Avenue, Widnes, WA8 8HL.

We welcome new members including complete beginners, so if you think you’d like to have a go, come and try before you buy, as there are spare bowls available in varying sizes. Professional coaching is also available. It’s a very pleasant way to relax and get some gentle exercise for a couple of hours on a Tuesday morning, or until legs or backs give in.
